MATT MUELLER
Managing Director
Matt has over 25 years of experience in technology, governance, and risk across multiple industries and professional services, working in Australia, the USA, Singapore, and New Zealand. His expertise in risk and digital strategy stems from a unique blend of leadership roles in industry and consulting.
Matt has led the Group Risk functions at large ASX listed companies, was the Chief Information Officer leading technology transformation, founded a technology company in the USA, and created a successful technology and risk advisory practice within a BRW Fast 100 business. Matt is a regular guest speaker at conferences on these topics and leadership.
He has advised executives and directors in Australia, Singapore, and New Zealand. He had advised on large capital projects, acquisitions and integrations, digital transformations, operational technology reviews, complex commercial negotiations, international risk and governance investigations, and cultural leadership for large multi-disciplinary teams.
