Matt Mueller
Managing Director
Matt brings more than 25 years of experience spanning technology leadership, governance, risk management, and AI strategy across Australia, the United States, Singapore, and New Zealand. He has studied both risk management and artificial intelligence at a masters degree level.
He has served as Chief Information Officer, GM AI & Automation, and Head of Group Risk for organisations including Iluka Resources, Origin Energy, and Western Power. His advisory career includes senior roles at EY and Deloitte, advising executives and Boards on matters including $25B capital projects, acquisition integrations, demergers, and large-scale digital transformations.
Matt currently serves on four Boards as a Non-Executive Director, is a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia, and an AICD Graduate. He is a regular keynote speaker on AI, governance, and leadership at conferences and events across Australia.

Donovan Cairney
Senior Associate, Finance AI Strategist
Donovan is a Chartered Accountant with more than 15 years of experience helping leaders with insightful analysis and modernising finance processes by combining strong reporting and technical accounting capability with practical, technology-led improvement.
His background includes audit and advisory engagements at EY, with deep expertise in IFRS statutory reporting, board and executive reporting, data visualisation, and the automation and digitisation of finance processes.
At Voleno, Donovan leads engagements at the intersection of finance and AI. He has recently supported the development of an enterprise AI strategy for an ASX-listed organisation, focusing on the commercial return of AI investments and how AI capabilities could enhance finance processes and insights.

Corrie Hefter
Operations and People
Corrie brings broad experience across corporate services, HR, and operations, with a strong track record of building the systems, reporting, and people foundations organisations need for growth. Her career spans leadership roles at Pritchard Francis, AECOM, Western Power, and RAC, where she has led board reporting, quality and HSE systems, reconciliation action plans, and strategic people initiatives.
At Voleno, Corrie keeps the business running. She leads the operational foundations behind the firm, from finance to marketing and business planning, ensuring the team can focus on delivering for clients.
