ABOUT VOLENO

Voleno is ‘One Love’ spelled backwards. It reflects a simple belief: the values that guide us in life should also guide the way we work. We bring care, integrity and respect to our work because they are the same principles we live by.

We believe human ethics are required for artificial intelligence.
We understand that reward doesn't come without risk.

We see what sits between . . .

VISION
EXECUTION

Strategy without execution is a hallucination.
Execution without strategy is chaos.
We connect both.

RISK
REWARD

Every meaningful opportunity carries risk.
Indecision carries its own.
We help you navigate both.

AI
HUMAN

As intelligence becomes a commodity, human judgement, empathy and connection become more important.

LEADERSHIP

We understand the theory, but nothing here is theoretical.

Before Microsoft she ran product and operations for the Social advertising business at a global marketing technology company in London, with P&L responsibility for the unit. She oversaw operations across Europe, the United States, and Asia Pacific, and led efforts to integrate the Social ads business into the company's core technology and operating model

Teng Hoo

Teng Hoo

AI Engineer

Teng is an AI engineer with four years of commercial experience building and deploying production AI systems. He has led teams, backend and agent development for AI platforms, and worked with a wide range of frameworks and platforms including LangChain, retrieval augmented generation, and both commercial and open source models.

He has built multi-agent and planning-level systems that outperform single-shot approaches, fine-tuned open source models using LoRA and qLoRA for domain-specific tasks, and deployed them through AWS SageMaker and vLLM. He has also built the automation pipelines that make model experimentation and evaluation repeatable rather than artisanal, which is usually what separates an AI pilot from an AI capability.

Before moving into AI engineering, Teng worked in quantitative research at Kantar and in brand and digital transformation consulting, advising a large property developer on aligning technology with vision and values. That grounding means he understands the commercial question sitting behind the technical one.
